From the app: Settings › About and support › Support › Write to support. The email opens with your support code in the subject; the code lets us find your quota record without your name.

The support code is on the same screen and looks like LG-XXXX-XXXX. It is a one-way fingerprint of your purchase identifier (without a purchase, of a random code for this installation): it is not the identifier and cannot be turned back into it.

We use your message, your address and any package you attach only to answer you, and delete them when you ask.

Diagnostics package

If you like, send the diagnostics package with your email: Settings › About and support › Support › Diagnostics package. It holds versions, states and counts:

• your support code and when the package was made
• the app version and build, the system version and the kind of device (iPhone, iPad or Mac), your language and region
• the iCloud sync state, the time of the last sync, how many changes are waiting and, if any, how many iCloud refused
• how many other devices you have and how many of them use the same logbook
• how many records, drafts, documents, attachments and signatures there are, and your total time in minutes as one number
• the dates and reasons of your last five restore points, and the date of your last backup file
• your plan, its end date, whether it is a trial and, when known, the flight data lookups left this month
• the version of the calculations, your authority and the version of its rules, the versions of the roster formats and of the remote configuration
• the kind of the last error, without its details
• whether a Delete everything is waiting for a connection

Flights, flight numbers, registrations, places, names, notes, photos and documents are never in it, and neither are your email address, your licence number, your iCloud account, your device's name or your purchase identifier.

Before it leaves your device you see the whole package as text. Delete any line you do not want to send; nothing is sent until you share it.
